On February 23, Melodi Grand Prix 2019's Final took place to determine Denmark's song to Eurovision, and Leonora got the top place with "Love is Forever". Our team has always something to say, and this doesn't make an exception!
Hope you enjoy!

This is one of those entries that leave me completely unnarmed. It's harmeless, and while it may be a bad thing, in this case it is Denmark's strenght with this song. The song has a message of peace, which is a cliché theme in Eurovision, but nonetheless, it works just fine, the song is so sweet that it almost makes me want to hug it! Leonora is a very kind performer, although sometimes the constant staring at the camera makes it look a bit creepy. I think this is the type of song that usually does really well with televoters, so I'm confident this can make the final, even though it is in a strong semi-final. My rating here is an 8,5 out of 10, but if some things can be more polished for Tel Aviv, I can see this probably ending at Top 15 in Eurovision. We'll see how it goes!

This song is lovely and I can see this as the soundtrack of a beautiful movie where orphanage children all form a family and play happilly all together! Reminds me of the songs that used to play on the radio since the 2000's, identical to Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat. I wouldn't change nothing about the performance and I think it is a good idea to use more than one language. However, I'm not so sure if the public will get behind this... Either way, I'm giving it an 8,5 out of 10!

I really love the rythm during all the three minutes and the background in the beginning, which I find it original. Vocally speaking, even though she's not bad, sometimes I feel something is missing in her voice. Also, thumbs up for the french part that "emphasizes" the idea of love, romance, etc that the song is supposed to convey. I'll give it a 7/10!
